99% of people get their keys within 48 hours.
99% of updates don't change the system ID.
If the system ID does change, a new key is generated as quickly as possible.

Your timelines are not accurate in most cases.

What is your purpose, just to throw some mud around whenever you can?
We send out vF keys usually same or next day.
Registry keys, *usually* within 48 hours, sometimes even faster.

I've noticed over the last several pages you've done nothing but throw mud. Maybe this whole COVID lock down / economic crap is effecting you negatively and you're taking it out here. Who knows. But it's unnecessary.

How many miles do you have on your truck? My mileage got significantly better as it passed 7k or so. I was getting 15-16mpg stock. Right now I have a lift, 285/70/17s, front bumper, high clearance rear and sliders and I get 18-19mpg average without a tune.

If it was within the last few days there was a little bit of wait time due to us moving our server, and changing it's connection.
Why? because after being idle for more than 24 hours it would periodically lose connection to our database for people trying to register.
    That's fixed now.

But don't worry that doesn't matter, you'll just continue to try to sling mud around any chance you get.

Oh, so what you're saying is there's yet another reason why those time frames don't get met.
    Always an excuse.

As I said, in 99% of cases.
and when there is a delay (like that because of our server) we do our best to fix it so it doesn't happen again.
But anything can happen that can cause delays. I'm human.

That's fine we are all human, no one is perfect, but you seem to continually set expectations that don't get met. And then the paying customers get blamed. I'll stop responding, I don't want this exchange to be used as the reason something didn't get done.

sounds like this is related to 2.0
    A free, optional update.
Which we can delay for any reason if needed. Nobody paid for 2.0. You didn't. A lot of people did complain that they didn't get an update they didn't pay for in the time they wanted. Then a lot of them went on to personally harass me about it on a near daily basis.

As a result we released the current 2.0 final base, and that's that.

Everyone thinks they are just an innocent little troll in this game when they post on our blogs, facebook, etc.

Not blaming the customers. I am blaming the trolls. There is a very clear an distinct difference between our customers, and customers of ours who are trolls.

Oh, thats a fun tool you have there. If there is a paying customer, and you don't like what they say, they get labeled a troll. Cool. Thanks for the insight, it could come in handy.

I don't like to, but people (new comers especially) should know and be able to recognize the difference between a customer who has a legitimate issue / concern and need assistance, and a customer who is just trolling for the sake of trolling, or talking crap.
I default back to the joke that one guy made where he lost his truck in the california fires and jokingly / trollingly said it was my tune that burned his truck down.
people don't know it's a joke, and the trolling on here, on my facebook, etc... people see it.

I have had people threaten lawsuits at me because of TROLL posts on this forum. Because they believe it.
Like the tip in thing. "Loaded the tune and drove through my garage". People who don't know better believe it.

    just like GreyBaldtacos posts.
Wait a week or two for a key, wait another week if your computer updates.

Has that happened before? Where people have had to wait a week for a key, or longer? Yes. Especially with the dongle to p5F transition, there was extended wait times.

    Is that the normal?

    not at all.

Anyways I understand the occasional joke. but there is a difference.
