Front - 5100's stock height plus 2" lift spacer , 1" rear block plus AAL, 1"wheel spacers, SPC uca's, ARE cap, Prinsu cabrack, DIY Prinsu toprack, Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs 285/75/16, K&N air filter, custom bed drawer system, center console rear outlet mode, 400w inverter all the time mod, DIY pop n lock tailgate e lock, hondo garage un-holey tablet mount. Soon.... RRW Stealth front bumper (ordered - 6-8 weeks) Smittybilt X2O 10,000 lb winch (waiting on bumper) Rigid industries 20" E series combo beam (waiting on bumper)
I adjusted the lower control arm, putting the wheels as forward as possible (front in, rear out) to start, then set the SPC uca's to get everything as close as I could. Took it to get aligned and told them what i wanted and they made it happen. The key is getting someone to do the alignment that is willing to work with you because it takes time to get it right. It's not just toe, camber and caster....its all of those things with the wheel spaced perfectly in the wheel well. After alignment they turned lock to lock while I watched spacing and that was it. Took about an hour and a half and ended up with perfect spacing and these numbers. Drives amazing and I definitely regret not getting SPC uca's earlier as I have a long commute.
    caster D 2.31 P 2.80 / camber D 0 P 0 / Toe D 0 P 0

This is as close as it gets to rubbing.

I dont mind lifting my Taco with Bilstein 5100 with OME and AAL in 3 years. What should I get? I am not looking for CRAZY lift. I do lot of highway commuting. Maybe light-med offroading, beach driving. This is my first Toyota Tacoma after driving VWs for 20+ years! I would like a smoother ride but firm than the stock. I hate when the front nose dive when you're braking.

I ordered 5100s for all four corners w/ 2888s up front and a set of Ruff Country AALs on the rear. Gained:
    RR: 2.7"
    LF: 3.1"
    RF: 2.4"
    LF: 2.5" (w/ 1/4" spacer)

Tires are 265/75R16s so I gained ½" from sidewall height over the stock 245s. Thought I had an apples-apples picture but all I could find prelift was sitting on slope. Will see what kind of settling I see. 20200629_193429.jpg

5100’s front 1.5” / rear 1.5” aal factory rake or close to it. No complaints 265’s still look good imo

I needed the extra support of an AAL but wanted to raise the nose to keep it "level". IF I get to feeling frisky I might add some spacers and go to 285s but I don't "need" them.

885 coils on the bottom perch.
    AAL in the back
    245/75/16 tires
Gained 1.8" on all 4 corners. I'm a metric guy, so had to measure in mm and conver to inches.
~22 1/4" hub to the fender lip in front, ~ 23 5/8" rear. Before, I had 1.1" rake, now it is 1.4"
I'm expecting to settle a bit more, but I drove almost 1k miles and yet to see changes.

    885 won't give you 2 1/2" of lift with 5100 on 0 settings.
Headstrong revised their OME coil numbers some time ago.
    885 will get you somewhere between 1.5 to 2 w/ 5100 0 setting.

2" Torch Off Road AAL out back

The front rides a little mushy so I ordered a set off OME 888's and UCA's in anticipation of adding a bumper

Be aware that the 888s are the same spring rate as OME (590#).

I went up a notch. Imo ride has not changed at all. 3/4” -1” of rake. Also spoke with bilstein direct about 5100’s very helpful.

Anyone have measure of stock height of the Tacoma TRD Sport DCSB before it was lifted? Center of the hub to the fender.

Ok, so I put the 5100s on my 2019 TRD OR DCLB with 285/75/16s on the stock OR wheels, and as predicted its rubbing the stock UCA at full lock. Should wheel spacers help fix this? What size spacers are people running?
