2-3" lift kit for bigger tires

Hey y’all,
I am wanting to get my 2020 Taco Off-road lifted 2-3 in. What is the best lift kit in y’all’s opinion? I don’t wanna lift my truck a ton, just enough to give me the ability to have bigger tires That will be good for off-roading but also that won’t drastically change the way my truck drives if that makes sense. Thanks!

 

bilstien 5100 seems to be the go to budget lift that will get you 2 inches.

But there is a battle between fox, king, and icon for the best kit. It all comes down to how much you want to spend and how much offroading you want to do.

 

Fox and King are the best, Icon is a few steps lower.

 

Yeah king 3"'s are the best. Get those ones.

 

replace the clamshell bushing up front as well, will prevent issues down the road.

 

An typical IFS lift is not the secret sauce for running bigger tires. The tire still has to travel through the same range of motion and this fit in the same wheel well. You can run up to 255/85r16 with no modification at all or trim your frame and fender to go bigger (e.g. 285/75r16). A lift is an independent endeavor to increase ground clearance, looks, and also off road handling because of the increased suspension travel and better dampening.
