I guess I’ll stop complaining about swimming in my clothes. Its better than them being too tight

98% of the time I wear black workout shorts and a t-shirt. If I have to look "professional" for work it's boots and Izod athletic fit stretchy jeans and a t-shirt lmao

.00000012% of the time I'll wear a polo but I still haven't found a size or brand that fits comfortably.

It's gross (I guess to some) but I had to stop working out in grey or light shorts cause ma balls are on display front and center and people would always tell me lol chicks can show their tits and ass off but I show a little nugget and everyone goes crazy

UA cage shorts are my go to lifting shorts. I think they may have discontinued them though. I have chubbies swim trunk and I like them, so their shorts probably fit well too.

Also, Nashville didn’t disappoint. Came back 8+ pounds and smashed legs today. Squatted 480x4 which is a Pr for me. Hopefully keep the momentum going the rest of the final week of juggernaut.

Need to drop about 15lbs and hopefully I’ll keep most of my strength. I think I’m fatter than @dwalden2 now.

The areas around broadway are all pretty much the same. We spent a good amount of time at Aldeans bar. Midtown was pretty nice and not a huge drunk fest like broadway was. I was impressed on how clean in general Nashville/Franklin are. Guess it’s not hard to impress me when I compare it to Baltimore and surrounding areas I’m used to haha.

I had a unit of blood taken on Monday due to my thiccc blood. Hemoglobin was just below 20g/dl....

Gotta go back every 6 weeks for at least the rest of my life now, I assume.

Haha my Dr is in KY and wants me at 6-8 weeks for the time being till it drops. Also, I can't donate... I'm banned due to a med I take. So I get to have "therapeutic phlebotomy" done so they just throw it out. I also have a nurse friend with IVs at her house so if all else fails I'll have her drain me

Yea that sucks. I tried for a year to get a therapeutic, but nobody saw my blood as an issue. Dumb. Dr's are so fucked sometimes.

Anyway, that's why I do what I do when I have too.

He said he's gonna do a lab order for the time being and have me go every 6-8 weeks. Hopefully I can just stay permanent on that schedule.
