    So I have an 06 4 cylinder with 155k.
I've replaced the starter, clutch, e brake cables, water pump, serpentine belt , power steering assembly all in the last 10k miles. Am I good for a while? What's next to go?

    Spark plugs?
    Differential Fluid?
Are you 4x4? And how are the wheel bearings?
Tie rod ends and ball joints?

    You could check those things.
