I'm right there with ya. I love the classic look of those vehicles. @Crikeymike will do you right with the Dobinsons stuff. I probably don't have a need for a snorkel or ARB bumper, but I damn sure will end up with them

Yea solid winch. Only issue I ever had was the blown fuse. Duty cycles are good and it’s the perfect rating for the Tacoma.

I think it would be nice if Toyota brought the solid front axle back in the 4x4. Maybe a turbocharged diesel option too!

The photo above is a 79 series Landcruiser Dual Cab, solid axle front, v8 twin turbo diesel. Australia and africa are the only places you can get them.

Oh I know, I was just thinking about the pre 86 solid axle trucks. If I could have a choice, I'd choose solid front axle over IFS any day.

I love that guy, he's a very knowledgeable off roader, and has lots of experience doing it. Man, I wish I could win the lottery. I'd build a bad ass 4x4 and go ride all over the country!

I love watching this guy. He’s hilarious. He’s been trying to put this v8 in his Tacoma for a year now. I’ve been
