Well that's some crap. I will say that neither of these are as good as our realtor here in CA (family friend). We're dealing with a broker in MT now so thankfully she's way more experienced than our first but there are questions I've had to ask more than once as well as things like saying she was going to schedule a viewing and me having to follow up to ask when instead of her proactively telling me. Our realtor here is on top of everything and she is actually the one who helped us buy our house in the first place.

If you need a recommendation I'm happy to ask her if she knows anyone in your area to work with?

 

I appreciate it but right now we've just got it for sale by owner and have shown it to way more people than both realtors combined.

 

My brother and I used to be the best of friends, I could call him and ask him to help me and he would or vice versa. We don't talk much anymore, no reason, we didn't have a fallen out or argument or anything. I haven't talked to him in probably 6 months and called him yesterday evening to tell him about the guy who got killed on the tractor. You would have thought I have stabbed him in the back or something. His attitude and lack of conversation, whatever. I don't know why all the sudden has beef with me but get over it. I wish he were a real uncle to my kids but they don't even know him. It's sad cause he only lives 3 miles from us.
