K&N 57 series intake

So I was bored, and maybe had a few beers and ordered the k&n 57 series intake because why not, I'd like alittle more growl ( i know that's I'll get... I have had an intake on every fun vehicle I've owned).

Finally had an extra 15 minutes today during lunch break so I put it on, looking forward to my drive home to test it out. Anyone else running it?

 

I’ve been thinking about snagging one.

Is it a substantial change is sound?

 

I put the TRD in.....I disconnected the battery for an hour to reset the learning. It really drove noticeably different. Of course it does nothing for really HP/Tq, but hey, looks good, drives good!

 

I will let you know in 3 hours when I drive home from work, haven't gotten to get on it yet

 

So update.... Definitely more aggressive sounding, mostly at the 4k rpm and up range but overall no problems, easy install, I like it enough to keep it

 

I did the silicone HPS a few months ago and it's awesome!

 

I have an afe I like it. Everyone bashes on them it seems.
