It's 2 miles, so I wouldn't have suffered too badly. Unless there had been hail... then I would have suffered greatly. Still, I am glad that I didn't have to put on my emergency clothes when I got to work.

Are you a fellow board game player? My S.O. and I play often.

 

I wouldn't have to, sometimes I think they'd get in themselves.

 

If we have folks over to drink and have fun, we bring out board games. Settlers of Catan is our favorite, I've only won ONCE out of our whole group of friends.

 

I had that game and tried to throw it away it made me so mad lol. Girlfriend wouldn't let me and gave it to my brother.

 

Pssh, it's frustrating but fun.

We got the expansion set too. Was super fun with max people.

 

It's a solid game for sure. I just have a tendency to roll statistically low when playing games that involve dice. Over a decade of D&D has forced me to come to terms with that.

 

I feel you. Had my first D&D session this weekend where I didn't roll like a complete and utter horseshit.

 

Congrats! I mostly DM anymore so that makes for really disappointing boss battles sometimes lol

 

Haven't tried that game yet, but I want to.
