Seat covers! Any suggestions for which are good or which ones to avoid?

I know it makes me sound like a heartless bastard, but our 13-year-old, 9lb, nervous, leaky, dog-wanna-be (chihuahua/rat terrier mix) is going to be with us for the upcoming vacation road trip. I was really hoping the little poop machine would have expired by now, but he appears to be making a recovery.

So, seat covers all around. Looking for suggestions on something comfortable and washable.

Dog wont ride in a small kennel on the back seat?
I'm about to get a set of Skanda kryptek neosupreme covers. About $300 front and $300 rear. How much do you want to spend?

    Check Coverking also.

Nope, the Wife and Daughter think it's "cruel". They rescued the little mutt back in '07 and anytime he sees a cage or dog carrier, he freaks out and leaks. I'm willing to spend $3-400.

I have the Cover Craft seat savers on my rear seats because I have small humans. They're washable, waterproof, and fit well. I like them a lot. I had Wet Okole seat covers on the front seats of my last Tacoma for a few months prior to the accident and I didn't love them as much as I had hoped I would

Thanks. I'm leaning toward the Cover Craft Carhartt covers.

I like those too. I hear nonstop good things about the Clazzios, but they aren’t really made for getting beat up and used, even though they are solid for regular use. To me they are more of a nice interior upgrade. I’d go Carhartt.

Just ordered the Sportsman Seat covers an hour ago for my 2020 Offroad. This will be my second set. I have them on my 2011 Tacoma, and would not want anything else. They are durable and a tight fit. With work, hunting, and fishing. I don't have to worry about if I will stain the grey center portion of my cloth seats. Just my opinion.

The Skandas look like they are factory and cant tell they are covers. I rode in a tacoma that had them and I liked them alot. I think the Raid Kryptek is gona look good in my MGM.

Those definitely do not look factory :boink:

I have clazzios and love them, but agree that there are probably more durable covers out there. The clazzios are water resistant and to me they look the best (look OEM) and I think they will hold up over time. But if I were hunting, farming, whatever-elsing that got me dirty, I'd probably have to buy seat covers for my seat covers, my wife would think I'm crazy

Clazzio's are not durable..they replaced my drivers side seat bottom under warranty. It was trash in about a year.Plus I had to pay to have it installed twice due to my disabilities.

Looks like I'll be going with the Cover Craft Carhartts. Whereas I like the look and features of the Bartact's, their lead time wont work for our travel schedule. Too bad I didn't start this search earlier. For months, I've been planning that we would be travelling 'sans pooch', but the little bugger is hanging in there.
