I think you'll hit some construction mainly up North of Washington, but things were pretty good thru Virginia on down. Signs were posted in some areas that they were using construction zone speed cameras, but a lot of people didn't care as they sped thru the zones(or there is no cameras?!?!). Best advice is to be careful and drive safely. I tried to stay 5 to 10 MPH over the limit and had no issues.

Luckily its already been really hot this year so there shouldn't have been a run on ACs like usual.

I have pretty much all the parts to start my lil rebuild. Going to take the day tomorrow and tear into the truck.
I also just got in 5 Kenda Kevlar R/T tires in 35x10.50r17 to try out as my Generals have been way to loud and vibe/cup a ton even rotating them.

I know I am going to be wanting to do gears soon, prob go 4.88's

I'll post some progress pics tomorrow.

I'll be in the road in front of my house as the house / garage is still under construction. Lots of water and breaks to stay alive. :bananadead::bananadead:

    Koyo wheel bearings
Moog inner and OEM outer tie rods
Upper balljoints in my JBA arms

    Dirt king spindle reinforcements
    DIY alignment tab reinforcements

    Rear:
    Wheelers 3 leaf AAL
    U bolt flip
Timbren bump stops (will top mount)
    Shackle flip

    35x10.50r17 Kenda kevlar R/T tires

new OEM TRD sport smoked headlights
2011 TRD sport chrome honeycomb grill

Full skids (bought used and have been sitting on)
    Mobtown weld on sliders

Rear high clearance bumper / hitch combo

    Oil change
    Spark plugs
    Air & fuel filters
    trans oil flush and fill

Anymore traffic sucks no matter which way you go .

I have done every possible variation .

    Time flies

Although the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel is pretty interesting at least one time.

It is a lot but it all goes together so I think it sounds more that it really is. @loosnut & I did nearly the same list at his shop in a day
given the current forecast I'd agree but @Tomshouse516 is a machine. He'll knock it out in short order I have no doubt.

I'm a Corolla guy now...at least for a day. Hopefully, not more than that. No issues with the secondary air injection pump extended warranty program though. I might make takeover after all.

That's barring any rust and seized stuff... Do that on a 1st gen and it would be at least 3 whole day's of work through all the sawzalling, blow torching, cussing, snapping, BFH smashing goodness.

If I expect problems I try once with the impact then cut it off. It's less stressful that way.

I stopped in HD this evening for new door locks. The checkout line wrapped halfway around the store. Everyone and their mother must be doing home projects this weekend. NFW was I going to wait in that line. It was so long I wouldn't even wait that long for an air conditioner.

I usually go to the one in Ridley or Lawrence Park and during the day. Days have been crowded with everyone home. I can't wait until everyone goes back to work. I had a little time and thought I might be able to grab it quick and get a early start tomorrow replacing the lock. You think Ridley HD is a cluster, you should see the one in Clifton.
