Little bit of this and that
Thats kind of the direction I'm leaning towards. I'm liking the idea of smooth bedliner like what @EatSleepTacos used on his truck.

Installed the aluminum tailgate cap from @KB Voodoo , it paired up nicely with my tailgate reinforcement from @Mobtown Offroad. Pretty happy on how it lined up w my ARE canopy & keeps it from rubbing on the tailgate89E8A435-41BF-404B-8200-20D80789316D.jpg6374132D-2A17-45B5-9FA9-D457529ECFAF.jpg

Installed meso gas hole, repainted splash guards, made some flag poles, started on the intake manifold spacer.

I should probably clean my gas fill area, it's disgusting

Didn't do anything to the truck, but did do things for it - ordered some Red Line hood struts and filter for the UNI Mod.

Im a simple man, I see wildpeaks and I like. What load rating are they? SL? I was always curious how much better my truck would handle with a lighter load tire.

Stance looks great, are you running a front spacer?

That paint is dripping, looks pristine!

Before I did this mod I was always gladly welcomed with gray sewage when changing my diff fluid. Living in Houston means your vehicle will double as a boat at times

Looks ultra rigid.. I need to do the same. I see you have the tailgate backing plate on there as well. I stared at mine a few times and it bent

Yup, standing on the tailgate felt sketchy before, all good now! The weight of it catches you off guard a bit now after being used to flimsy thing

    All the mods
Offset/backspacing on those wheels is probably what caused the rubbing.

I took this rental back to Toyota and picked up the Tacoma after my frame recall was “fixed”. Doesn’t look like they did much. They sprayed the inside of the frame from the cab mount behind the front tire to the front of the back tire. I did pass the inspection but I believe the spray was for preventative maintenance.

A little weekend project work. Upgrade the stock door speakers and replace the now no longer functioning pop&lock tailgate.

Locking cylinder just decided to die. Recently bought the truck so not sure how hard buddy was on it, but I do wish there were more options for an aftermarket locking tailgate.
