    2016 MT. from 04b11 to 04b14. First drive impressions....

    VVT has been tamed. Its much smoother and cleaner feeling when it kicks in. I didn't mind the boost kick of vvt kicking in while smashing thru second gear, but it is much smoother now.

    Might have a little more low end.

    Overall the acceleration seems much cleaner throughout the entire range.

    I successfully update a vehicle from 04B11 to 04B14 with no issues.

    Small Pro Tip: If you update your Windows 10 laptop/device to the latest 2004 version, it does reset the ID code in TS. I am back up and running but a little issue there -

    Throttle response on the low range is much more controllable. Taking off from a stop with low rpm and crawling just got better.

    Hey. I believe someone said one place to look is under the hood or you can check with a computer also. I could be wrong about under the hood, but I can check on my truck later. I have a 2019 now and think I remember seeing that there still isn't an update maybe???

    If it's under the hood it's on a sticker...if it's on a sticker a human put it there. I don't trust humans. Pull it with an ECU reader

    It was noticably better. Stock felt like 1.05 Base. The tune feels great on top of it.
