Yeah, I saw that, you weren't hallucinating. I considered getting one, price was almost too good to pass, almost. I don't have a need for another scope at the moment though.

Anyone know how much glock 17 gen 2s are going for? Thinking about selling mine. I believe it has an aftermarket or different ported/vented slide and a stiffer buffer spring.

I know ones in factory configurations go from $450-550 (last time i was looking at used guns at least) depending on condition and what all comes with it. Glocks have always been funky in the little things they change GEN to GEN that makes people still value older GENs

    Looking for some advice.

I bought a rifle off gunbroker.com and had it shipped to an FFL near me. I got the UPS delivery notice and called the next day to ask about getting the rifle.

The FFL says their license has lapsed and the state is taking an extended time to work through things (COVID?) so I can't get the rifle until the license is renewed. I can't transfer to another FFL or return it to the seller to reship, just limbo.

I never thought I would need to ask the receiving FFL whether they had their license current, but here we are.

Has anyone heard of anything like this and know of any options or do I just have to wait it out?

A state licence or do you mean his FFL (Federal)?

If the FFL truly did submit the renewal prior to it expiring they can contact the ATF for a Letter to allow them to keep using the old one while it is being reviewed by the ATF for renewal. The letter should be easy to get..phone call and they can email a copy (or they used to email)

You are, sadly, at the mercy of your FFL and them getting their crap together

@scollins might be able to provide additional details/options though?

yes, the state license has to be renewed every year, and it requires fingerprinting. Due to Covid-19, most agencies have suspended fingerprinting services. King Co Sheriff contacted me to make special arrangements to get my renewal done before my old one expired. What ever LE agency is not working with your dealer should get into trouble, as the RCW doesn’t allow them to NOT process the renewal, quarantine or not.

Let me check with my friend who is a deputy over here and see if they are doing finger printing right now.

The guy I am working with is about 1/2 mile from the Upper County District Court office and they did have someone in there on Thursday's once month doing concealed weapons paperwork and other things and he is about 1/2 mile from the Cle Elum police department as well so there are options.

Lot of people up around Stampede today, had to drive a couple more miles down NF41 to get some alone time with the new rifle.

One thing to keep in mind is those are (I think) on the CA roster making them much more valuable to our brethren to the south. Might be worth selling on gunbroker to give them a crack at it.

@scollins Do you have any experience with the 5320.20 form (transport interstate)? Mostly in Box 1 for "name and address" do they want the Trusts name and address or my name and address? Im assuming the Trust (as all my NFA items are trust)

Box 1 is the "registered owner", so if a Trust, then the Trust information goes in Box 1. There are check boxes to select for "Trust" as well.

You don't need the form for Suppressors or AOWs, but do need it for SBRs, DDs (allowed in WA) and SBSs and Machine Guns (not allowed in WA, sad panda face...) to move them interstate. They are needed for everything if you are doing a permanent change of address, even in state....

If you are submitting a 5320.20 to temporarily move an item interstate, you can set the time frame for a one year period. So if you have property in ID or OR for example and want to take your SBRs with you on vacation, just fill out the form and put the dates for a full year.
