If you're looking specifically for an LS2 (since you said 6.0) then yeah you're going to pay more.

But the truck variants are much cheaper, especially when attached to a 4L60E

My C4 actually has one; replaced the 700R4 that was in it because it was cheaper to get one built by Performabuilt. It's held up through a lot of launches with my 383

 

Supply shouldn't be the issue in your area

Supply isnt the issue plenty are out there, they just arnt cheap like a chevy should be

700 bucks in houston will get you something going for 1300 where i live
