    Hi folks,

I'm really hurting. I need a small valance for the front of my truck that basically covers the 2" of ugly when you remove the front bumper.

For the back, I need something that fills the void area under the taillights and tail gate when you remove the back bumper.

    Surely somebody must make this?

I'm not 100% sure what you are talking about so excuse me if I misunderstood but if you paint it/clean it up it will look better and be less noticeable.

For the rear you could probably just clean up the part under the tailgate to make it more black and less visible.

You got what I'm talking about, and blacking out too, but I'd rather it not look like it's missing something. I would've thought someone solved this one long ago.

Doesn't it look like its missing something, because it is actually missing something though?

It's not a big deal at least not to me. I guess the solution is to buy a bumper that covers all that up. I think the ARB covers most of it.

I guess it's not, but I just figured someone made the valance already so it could look cleaner.

They do make something... It's called the stock bumper...

It's just the price of upgrading... I'm sure if you have a plate bumper you could build it out a little further to cover everything up if it really bugs you.

Hmm. Just spray paint the exposed blue to black and it will look a lot better.

Ya know if you still have the front bumper Im sure you cut apiece off and be able to mount the piece with industrial velcro or bridge the area with metal and put a couple color matched screws in it.............

Ive got it! color matched duct tape:p

Oh yeah you can see yours a little more. I have to admit that it did bother me when I first got the bumper on but once I painted it I was happy. It was super easy to mask it off because it's basically a straight line.

Didn't even really notice that was a problem and that area was painted because I have a black truck. I see what you are saying.

cut some sheet metal and make your own. then screw it on there and spray it with bed liner. this could be a really easy and cheap fix a trip to your local metal yard and autozone problem solved. or you could even order some of that flappy rubber stuff that came in the front wheel wells that would be much easier and require less time. either way this would bug the shit out of me as well i like relentless fabs bumpers but once again the same thing is going on it just does not look clean to me.
