A friend of a friend got a new CNC machine. I was asked to come over and play so I programmed it to engrave a sign.

    No one wants it

Professional here and my first post. I make furniture and cabinets and such using mostly old iron. Most of the tools in the shop are 70+ years old, with a little elbow grease and common sense you can get some old stuff for cheap money. Here are a few things I've done. Oak desk was on Rough Cut a few years ago.

The back & sides are Palo Escrito, which is Mexican Rosewood, the top is cedar and I believe the neck is flamed mahogany..

I ordered this from Mexico about five years ago. They e-mailed me a few wood samples but when I saw the sample in the first pic it was definitely luv at first sight..

I didn't build these guitars, sorry I didn't mean to give that impression, guitars were built by two different Mexican Luthiers (Benito Huipe & Francisco Navarro).
I've been sanding & finishing hardwood floors for 30 years, I just figured that wood workers would appreciate some sexy wood grain..
