Holy shit Batman! I know about negative pressure. I might have typed it wrong but I want 2 intake (currently what I have) + 2 exhaust (currently only have 1 exhaust). So I need 1 more fan for exhaust. If I was going to buy an exhaust fan (top) then I wanted to replace the current 120mm rear exhaust fan too with a 140mm.

Yeah weekends I'm usually doing things and with the nicer weather I'm outside. You California people don't have that problem as it's nice all year lol

    My gaming days are Sun-Thurs

I wouldn't worry about it. Positive pressure into your case THEORETICALLY means less dust working its way in through nooks and crannies other than the fan intakes. I've never seen it make much of a difference. Keep what you've got unless you just want to burn a little money on fans. I doubt you'd see anything more than a couple *C difference in temperatures and you probably wouldn't see any in-game performance gains. I've got a horrible mishmash of fans into my case... 2x 120mm front intakes, 120mm side intake, 120mm exaust + 200mm exhaust. Super negative pressure but it's cool as a cucumber.

Welp, I know what I'm buying next.

This monitor is dirt cheap for it's feature set. HDR 600, 1440p, 32", G-Sync, Local Array Dimming, and 240Hz with almost no motion blur. This is the sort of panel that was $2K last year.

Got a question, so of course on MSI boards and probably others, I’m accustomed to MSI mainly, your first two sticks of ram go in the 2nd and 4th slots. I currently have 2x8gb, 16 18 18 36. I just ordered another set of 2 sticks, 2x16gb, same latency and timings 16 18 18 36. The only difference is size of the sticks, 2x8 and 2x16, so I’ll have a total of 48gb.
My question is, should the 2x16 go in the first two slots, 2 and 4, or should I keep the 2x8 sticks on the first two slots and put the 2x16 in 1 and 3? Essentially is there any difference in performance between having the 16gb sticks first vs the 8gb sticks first?

The memory will only operate at the speed of the slowest stick of ram. If both of your kits are the same MHz and timings it shouldn’t matter.

Forgot to say, they are the same speed too, 3200mhz, I just made sure they were the same latency and timings as well. Hmmm I guess I’ll just have to do my own testing between the 2x16 and the 2x8 kit being the first to access. I thought I read something in the past about testing based on size. Maybe it’s just voodoo shit I read too lol

If I understand what you're asking, it sounds like as long as the same size sticks are paired with each other for dual channel mode, should be good. Not sure if quad channel is possible with the different sizes.

Yeah same size, I was just seeing if someone had done testing between using the larger sticks first vs the 8gb sticks first. My board is the MEG unify, it only supports dual band so quad is out the window.

This is why you stick your finger on a fan blade to prevent it from spinning during air compressor cleaning.

The air and tip of the air nozzle made it quicker than my finger did. Anyway to disable that fan and still remain cool enough?

Any new upgrade fans or H series coolers for an Intel 4770k?

I've always kept a distance with an air compressor to avoid that.

Surprisingly, it's not making to much racket.
My laptops down currently as well.

Oh well, shit happens. No gaming for a few days.

Luckily, through the software, I've been able to switch fan speed to "quiet" mode.
No noise or vibes. Gonna get me a new one ordered pronto.

At least it's an easily replaceable fan. My step brother did this, blew half of the blades off of the GPU lol

So I can just replace the fan and not the entire h100i?

So, I thought both fans on the rad were spliced together into one connector. It looks like they are just 2 120mm fans and each has its own connector, correct?

Damn glad this wasn't a fan on my 1080.

I believe just like my h115i, Corsair includes a split connector for both fans to plug into one 4pin on the board, so you should be able to disconnect the bad fan from the splitter and replace it.
