    As needed, and some not.
    He just bent two identical shaped pieces and welded them opposite with the support bars in between. One way to make them. The bend not being on the outside is better for this set (they look kinda short). They act more like what the rock kick outs do instead of letting the rock wedge into the wheel well. Good design if you don't do the kick outs. There are a lot that do bend in though. Mostly high production companies. Bump
