there is a tire shop 1/4mi from my parents house that has always done excellent work, and they charge $10/tire to mount balance. So they’ll be mounting my 35’s. If I end up having balance problems I’ll throw some beads in there. I see mixed reviews on them but might be worth a shot of these Patagonia’s don’t balance well.

I've heard mixed reviews on the beads too, but this is an old set of tires on the 4th Gen T4R so don't really care if it's perfect.

Well, Lacy’s it is. They are the only place that can get me in next week. I can’t believe that all the 10 places I’ve called are booked more than two weeks out. For fucks sake.

I think we found a house. Any of you familiar with buying a house that is for sale by owner? It is in Indian land, SC.

My sister gave my 15yr old niece her 2010 Tacoma. My sister bought a heep last year and my niece insisted the Tacoma didn’t get traded!!

Her stereo is not exactly 100% and in need of an upgrade. It doesn’t need to hook up to the steering wheel, but yes on Bluetooth.

Are there any stereos to stay away from, or ones to really look at..Doesn’t need to be primo as it will be a teenager’s 1st vehicle, but still needs to be decent.

I skipped the 2nd gens so a little slow with info..
    Thanks in advance!

I’ve bought a FSBO, a lot of realtors don’t like doing it because they have to do “double duty”, working with buyer and seller. Helps if the seller is very educated regarding buying/selling and is willing to offer a 1% fee to the agent. Also helps if you(buyer) have bought and sold a few times. PM me if you have specific questions.

Might be too late here. Went the H and H route on South Blvd. Believe it was 100 bucks. Dean was super helpful and already had previous experience with SPC UCA's.

i had Lacy’s do it. They got it almost spot on. I’m taking it back tomorrow to have Rocky touch up the toe now that I have new tires the steering wheel isn’t straight; but he said that would be the case and to bring it back and he’ll fix it.

I may have a factory one laying around. I'll take a quick look if that'll work for you.

Anybody thinking about going 35’s ? I’ll be selling my BFG km3’s with half maybe more tread left. Full warranty at discount tire and will transfer to new owner. Upgrading to a new set of 35’s figure I sell while there’s plenty left for the new owner. Rotated every 5k miles 315/75/16 $950

Anyone got suggestions for a good HVAC company in the area? The coil froze on our unit and turns out it’s got a small leak. It’s 23yo so it’s time to replace. Morris-Jenkins is getting me a quote but would like some other recommendations as well.

perfect timing with a newborn coming home tomorrow....

My unit is close to 20 years old so it’s had a few issues. I’ve always used Acosta Heating and Air. No issues with them. The Saturday morning show on 610 a.m. “About Your House” has a preferred local vendor list, they were on it. I think that’s how I ended up selecting them.

Congrats on the new addition to the family!
