Need wheel size recommendations

Just lifted my truck about 2.5 inches and wanna go up to a 16in wheel. If I went say 16x8 with a 275/75/16 I think that would give 33inches. Looking for backspace info as well. Black rock makes a nice off-road wheel at a decent price. Any pics or info would be helpful. Don’t want clearance to be a issue so trying to do my homework on it.

 

That tire is approx. 32.2 tall. Imo I’d go with a 0 offset wheel in 16x8.

 

Maybe I was thinking of a 285/75/16. I just don’t want the wheel sticking out far. Wouldn’t more backspace give me less wheel sticking out? 16x8 seems to be a good size.

 

Yes. More backspace less wheel/tire poking out. Here’s a pic of my 02 w/ 285/75/16 on 16x8 0 offset.
