Gardening Thread - Show me your gardens!

That’s what I’m hoping for. We had 6” of snow last October.

 

Finally getting a decent selection out of the garden. Getting some cherry tomatoes but going to be awhile on other tomatoes.

 

can someone tell me how to prune the Ghost pepper?
Looks bushy around base. Also have tiny little black flies ( look like fleas a little) getting at leaves. Gotta reapply the neem .
Suggestions are appreciated

 

Weed or produce of some sort? Found it the other day in the corner of my yard near the pots I had for my veggies.

 

Knee high, and then some.

 

Squash or zucchini maybe?

 

Not sure. Didn’t have either growing in that corner. It’s rather tall, that’s a 4ft fence and it’s almost as tall. Had pumpkin and watermelon growing in pots there but didn’t see any flowering and thought they were more of a low-vine type plant.

 

I was thinking pumpkin possibly. A cucurbits if some sort. Either way a bonus if it’s either

 

it doesn't look terrible and is thriving in that corner of the yard, i'll leave it be for awhile and see if anything comes of it haha

The fruit are small but ripening. A few plumbs and peaches. Oh yeah and an apple.

 

Wild blackberries where we hunt. Delicious.

We used to have wild raspberries around our hayfield, they were the best! Then one of the family members said they sprayed all those “briar bushes” around the field. Killed all the wild blackberries and wild raspberries.

 

These are all along the edges of the fields, the land owner had me spray a couple times to kill some trees that were coming up in the fields and it took the briars too.

 

If it has a prickley stem it’s a veggie, if it’s hairy and smoothish it’sa weed

 

I got black fleas off my peppers with DE, took couple applications but it gets them good
