Yeah I need to do all that too... just not the LCA's since I'm planning on LT. Probably lower ball joints though

What height is your bed rack? I'm debating on getting one but can't decide on 14 or 18 inch.

I havent replaced those either. My general rule of thumb for my truck is, for every upgrade/aftermarket part I install, I have to do a little bit of maintenance as well

Spent a good amount of time with a clay bar and some wax! Pretty happy with the results. My Tacoma's paint is far from perfect but it still cleans up pretty nicely.

How do you like the bed rack? I've been really on the fence about getting something like that for my truck.

You might have read before that in the last couple of months I've chosen to work 10-14 hours a day 7 days every week. Well this morning I decided it was my time to work on my truck.

I installed my subwoofer box, finally. Yeah I know, just because it's my truck doesn't mean it's not work (lol). The subs are red label Pyle and are definitely not the best subs made. However it's the only thing a former friend of mine had that I could use, because he owed me money and then blew me off as some sort of chump (lol).
    20200706_085027.jpg
You can see the port under the back seats seatback and the little indentation in the box that surrounds the rear seatback's frame. You can also see the white plastic blocks that moved the rear seat up (3/4") and forward (3/8"). I ran out of plastic, that's why the blocks look AFU.
    20200706_085402.jpg
Here you can see the rear seat bottom has also been raised up (1") and forward (3/4").
    20200706_085708.jpg
Next I removed the rear door panels, removed the stock rear speakers, applied sound deadener to the inside door's outter skin and to the inner door skin on its outside, and installed the new rear speakers (Planet Audio TRQ622). The rear speakers I chose are definitely not the best speakers made but their specs fit my system perfectly. I started the right rear door first.
    20200706_090807.jpg
Then I got a phone call from a good friend. "Hey I got a guy and his boat's trim and tilt stopped working. He's going on vacation, all of the shops are booked and won't take his boat in. He said he'll pay anything you want to get it done now."

Me: "Shit. I'll be at the yard in an hour."

Maybe at this point I should fix the trim and tilt and pay someone else to install my stereo for me (LOL!) since I can't seem to find the time to do it myself.

It could be worse for sure as I could be one of the millions of Americans that don't have work right now - like my wife, which is the reason I'm working these insane hours.

Ok, I gotta go bust out the left rear door now...

I am digging that suspension setup.
How do you like those UCA's? And the Eibach springs?

Feels great so far. Haven't been able to test it out yet, but everything feels nice and smooth. The 650 coils really don't feel too stiff, but the rear leaf pack was the biggest improvement. The rear feels so much better!

Any Mods? One. Maybe two, tops...
FINALLY! I was able to pin-point and isolate a very annoying intermittent RATTLE on my truck!

The hangers for the cat converters were super rusted and cracked - that was causing the issue. Replaced with brand new stainless steel hardware.

Also replaced my very noisy rusty and pitted uniballs on ICON aluminum billet UCAs. Retrofitted with Delta Joints.

Now she is as quiet as the day I got her from the stealership in Biloxi, MS almost 15 years ago

I'm thinking about lifting it a bit more to give it a higher stand. Right now it's leveled up with bilstein 5100 shocks and has 32 inch tires. What do y'all think?

Excellent! I'm planning to get 5100's in the very near future for my truck. I've got some long-term expensive plans for the truck, but I'm sure the 5100's will hold me over until I'm ready to dump some real money into suspension.

Love that kayak setup. I'm really itching to get some sort of roof rack on my truck so I can do the same
