Italian automotive stuff is some of the best in the world, which you know already of course. How'd you end up with Italian wheels on the C5? Or were they OEM?

Damn, no kidding? GM sourced the Corvette C5 wheels from Italy???
Good for them, I've been so blinded by American auto dumbness that it causes me to auto-ignore the good stuff. I had no idea they'd even be willing to look outside of "Made in 'Murica" stuff:D

Don't recall the stamp marker on the wheels on the C6 I had, but my C5 has the mark from Speedline showing they were manufactured in Italy.

What's sad for C6 owners is that Speedline continued to make wheels for the Corvette, but were manufactured in Mexico.

Oh for sure, sucks ballz having to dive right back in. I was just throwing that out there just because it can be hard to see/notice. Wouldn't want that to be your issue and you not know about that even being a possibility. I guess it was a little more common than I expected as these tacos get up there in age.

Yeah that could be a lil disappointing to an owner that's expecting to see : 'fatto in Italia' on his wheels:D

@BartMaster1234 I need to rewire my trailer and etrailer.com sells Deka primary wire by the foot.

The specs list 40deg as the minimum temp range. Do you have any experience with it? Is it gonna fall apart on me? in CO it's gonna be seeing 0 or below on occasion, most of it will be fixed or have very minimal motion (electric brake harnesses)
