    I saw some goof in a suburban get pissed and try to cross over to it last year. He ended up just going down the little wash and apparently had no idea the small culverts existed and launched off of one and absolutely fucked his suspension lol. CHP and a tow truck came to get him out

    Way back in 2011 on the way back from Vegas to Oxnard there was a big wreck on northbound side. traffic completely shut down. People were grilling and playing football. anyway, a bunch of course tried to hit the desert to go around, and I'm sure more than a few got stuck in the washes

    I think I saw that same white 1st gen last Friday afternoon heading south on the 14 to I-5 South.

    If you want the 3rd Gen TRD OR wheels, I have four with the stock Goodyear tires (with about 4/32ndths tread depth) and the full size spare with unused tire. The TRD OR wheels don’t have the TPMS valve stems, but the rubber valve stems on them work. Let me know if you want them and let’s work something out.

    Well in that sense it's actually a cool idea if you need to get at some equipment quickly and relatively easily.

    But agreed, I can also think of some trails where I was barely squeezing between trees and rocks, you'd scrape up or rip the bags clean off if they're sticking out far like that.
