I’ve really been considering switching to outlook.com it’s just a huge amount of accounts to change to do so. I’d still have to keep this one around as a backup anyway.

FWIW, our stupid company .TECH domain gets over filtered on Outlook even when folks whitelist us. There has to be a good middle ground.

As it is now, Gmail has not become too big of a hassle yet. Still certainly better than the non-permanent ISP accounts that we had before it.

There is a couple layers to Win Defender. Be sure to click off the Ransomware, Malware, etc.

That is odd. It is usually happy and stable after the installation goat rope.

I put 94 Octane into my first tank before flashing the high test tune because there was maybe 10 litres of 87 left and I wanted to average above 91. Is there any point in continuing to use 94 over 91? Or is it a waste of money to pay the extra 6 cents per litre?

I’d like to flash a tune to a fellow TW member’s truck who only lives a couple hours from me.

If his ecu ID is the same, no other purchases need to be made. If his ecu ID is different, I only have to purchase VF Tuner credits... is this correct?

    Correct.

Also don’t forget that depending what ecu, there may be a TSB to update them to a newer revision. That reduces the number you’d need to unlock

    Thanks.

I definitely won’t be doing any TSB’s to anyone’s truck lol. That’s above my pay grade!

Once you have TS installed .......... it's easier than flashing a tune.

You only need to double click the .cuw file.

Currently at the dealer. I’ll be getting vf very soon. Should I ask if there are any TSB’s for my ECU or is that something they do automatically?

You generally need to ask at a minimum, and from what I hear, prepare for rejection and to have to push back to get them to do it lol don't think I've heard of any dealer just updating somebody randomly and voluntarily.

Generally people have better luck just doing the update themselves in their driveway

@Rafael@OVTune @OVTune is there any estimated release time on your new cables? I’ve been holding off buying the tatrix cable hoping to only buy your new one. If it’s still several months out I’ll prob buy the tatrix now so I can join the tune club.
