    Tv’s are so cheap now, you’d be hard pressed to get 20% of what you paid.

    Yeah, I have wanted one for a long time. Was never in the cards. One day I will have one. I just hope by then I am not too broken to ride it.

    Got bored, so I did some arts and crafts with some old paracord I had leftover from another project. Can’t decide if I made the grab handles too low or not, but it’s whatever I guess.

    @backcountryj , I didn't see your post until now; but ironically, I purchased a 55" TV last night and considered the LG.

    We're having to replace a 50" TV soon after a lightning strike at the house zapped it along with 2 DirecTV boxes, our UVerse modem, and the AC adapter for our invisible fence....all of which were plugged into surge protectors that had (of course) just had their respective warranties expire. Thankfully it was a TCL so replacing it won't cost a ton. (We paid $500 for it 4 years ago and now the same size by TCL is $248) We're just glad there wasn't serious damage done and we're not having to file any insurance claims.

    All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

    FWIW on TVs, it is my understanding that Samsung and LG are about the only 2 manufacturers who make their own TVs. The rest are made in a handful of factories and built to varying specs and branded with different logos. We have a 50" Hitachi that has pretty much sucked since day 1. Even had the motherboard replaced on it once and the new board has the same issue as the original.

    I went with the least expensive Sony. I hope that isn't a mistake, but I have pretty good faith in Sony from decades past. I just hope they haven't gone down hill or built something down so that they could charge less, as it was a decent amount more expensive than the comparable LG that I was considering.

    I know zero about TVs. Had no complaints about the LG we had. Just didn’t fit in the living room of our new house.

    I blindly just asked the dude at Best Buy to point me to the best bang for my buck tv in my price range/size. Fingers crossed the one I bought is worth a shit.

    I dig. We had one of the wood panel sided ones when I was younger. Ours was the 4 door, but I’ve always liked the looks of the 2 door model best.
    Much want :drool::drool::drool:

    Well...I actually felt that was a closer number, but who wants to rub that in. I am still blown away that a built bike cost as much as my KTM! WTF
    Had a close buddy ask me why I did not ride my mtn bike like I should. I told him after you get some serious roost and some big air, you ain’t looking back ;) unless it’s dh.as much as the bikes have progressed, if you wanna send it and our my size you better be on a dh bike, cause over 250lbs on these light bikes will send your ass bouncing off a root into a tree. The MX bikes weight and serious forks enable me to rip it, while on the mtn bike you can rip and be chaattreeerreeddd...to death.
    I was much faster on a heavy hard tail.

    You’re telling me. I try not to think about the fact that there’s no engine, but still costs as much as a combustion machine.
