Well, you have to hand it to the guy, @Toy Taco Turd Tom is being honest about this. I'm laughing, but I feel for him. Probably has a lot going on.

    Speaking of which...

Isn't this the third or fourth post in as many months about a Tacoma getting shot up?

No Sir, weapon performed flawlessly. Just another case of a faulty operator. AR-10 6.5 CM I pulled the charge handle, checked the hole, verified nothing in the hole, released charge handle, pulled boom switch to release firing mechenism before handing firearm to individual for inspection overlooking the short loaded mag that my dumb ass had in the mag well. Boom! Yup she did what she is built for.

I might've done the same thing with a Glock 26. Didn't quite make it through the firewall but chewed up the heater and AC core, main wiring harness, and a bunch of other stuff. Truck was only a few months old.

    back to bone stock.
awesome thread title. glad it was relatively harmless..lesson learned.

my stepdad did the same thing to my brothers truck. straight thru the floorboard with a 12 gauge. there was carpet batting floating in the air when we got back into the truck. my brother was lovingly calm about it all, and made my poor stepdad feel okay about it. a friend welded the hole, i sealed it with Por15 and i cut a piece of carpet from under the seat for a patch.

someone told me splices are no bueno. i think you need the entire harness? sorry, i dont know jack but what my buddy told me when he severed an airbag cord on his VW.

    again. glad everyone is okay.
