Which box is that bigger one on the passenger side? I like the size of it.

Also, anyone know what studs I could use with the Victory rack? I'm looking for some threaded studs to mount some recovery boards.

    Thanks!

Thanks. It is a Pelican Vault case. I got lucky with a great deal on it. The Plano cases no longer have the side latches so they aren't as reliable so be careful if you're thinking about them.

Did a little custom shower plumbing today. Didn't pull a permit, don't tell anybody :D

Need to figure out a lower profile fill neck yet I think

Would it be possible to refill it with the same bib that drains it? Just open valve, use hose with double female ends...like a washing machine style hose. The water pressure at home is somewhere around 65psi, so likely to fill fast. Awesome design.

@monkeyevil is there any way I can get your black bolts for a better shipping cost than $70.00?

Yeah - i'm pretty stoked on the Prinsu. I got a few other goodies for it at the same time. Notice the military discount takes care of shipping and a little more. Makes me feel better.

Are there load ratings for this rack? I'm looking to put an rtt on it and potentially some high end bikes (not at the same time)...figure the bikes are fine but wanted to be sure the rtt was as well. I'm sure it's come up in the 59 pages on this thread, but can it support the end of a hammock with a 200lb dude in it?

roof racks really aren't meant to be side loaded like you would with a hammock. A rooftop tent will be totally fine though.

Stopped raining for a bit Saturday long enough to install the rack. Pretty easy even with the 3/4" bit through the weatherstripping situation. Rack is sturdy as hell, you can rock the whole truck back and forth with it. Got up to 75mph or so and I don't notice any additional noise from the rack, so pleasantly surprised there. 20200822_171440_HDR.jpg 20200824_100957_HDR.jpg

We struggle to rate it higher than the 165lbs dynamic that Toyota rates the factory rack, just because we don't know where that number comes from. The captured nuts in the roof? M6 hardware limitations? Solely because of handling? My guess would be handling limitations with more weight on the roof. That said 165 dynamic fits a good size tent. That's going to be right up in the slipstream though, so there will be a performance/ fuel economy hit with a tent up there.
