    I definitely need me an overhead rack to hang up my daily carry pack when I don't have any space to stash my bag at if the pup and the girlfriend are in the truck. Count me in on the next time this is ready for sale. Is there any way I can be informed when it's available for purchase?

    So using this tool I screwedThe threaded end into the jack nuts already in place but still loose. Using the dial I'm pointing to with my finger, I tightened it as far as it can go and then squeeze the handles all the way. Jack nuts are still loose enough that I can slide them back and forth along the slot in the sheet metal.
    What am I doing wrong?

    After you pull the lever, tighten that knob again and pull the handle again. Keep doing this till its tightish in there. When you put in the rack it will clamp it the rest of the way in.
