Kind of. I cant tell details because the picture is so far away. Does that truck have any other skids besides that small one on the front?

I also have three 8" Soltek HIDs on mine with a hoop that gives them some protection. Mine will have 1/4" aluminum skids all the way to the transfer case. The framing for the belly skids will be 1.75" DOM.

I need to give a huge thank you to Wyatt from Rock Solid Toys to sending me his VSS kit that will allow my transmission to receive a VSS signal and my speedometer to be re-calibrated.

Anyone who goes to a full floater axle housing on an 05+ Tacoma is going to need this kit for your auto transmission and speedometer to work correctly.

The quality and directions of the kit are top notch. Thanks again Wyatt

How difficult were the Solo Motorsports motor mount gussets to install? I would imagine clearance is tight but besides that?

They werent too tough. My buddy did the welding but I pulled the front diff and steering linkage. I wouldnt attempt the install unless you get everything out of the way.

Its cheap insurance vs. tweaking your motor mounts.

No man I went with open ended Gorilla lug nuts when I had normal Toyota stuff. Why would you want to got to a shanked lug nut?

I run all 5/8" stuff now. I wont begin to go into the pain of finding the correct lug nuts for my application. The wheel studs are machined so precisely that many lug nuts dont have the tolerances exact enough to match them. That gave me a headache for over two weeks.

Go to these ARP studs. They are a lot longer and will give you piece of mind. They are really easy to press out/in and will be a much better fit for your truck. Those wheel studs with the open ended lug nuts were perfect on my truck.

I would still be running these if my axle didnt make me go to 5/8th.
