any pics or experience with the stage 2 aal on the back WITH the overload installed? truck bed empty i'm 7/16 higher in the front. i removed overload on rear when i installed the AAL. When i put about 250lbs in the bed i'm a little more squatted than what I would prefer. considering putting the overload back in. looking for some measurements and pics. i'm 38.5 in the front from floor to bottom of front fender.

That's kind of funny. I'm just like you, 90% on road and 10% offroad. But when I wheel, it's legit rock crawling and puts the suspension through its paces. No leaking after 3 years and 25k miles on the suspension. However, everyone I know with BP-51s have had them leak even after replacement under warranty. Most have gotten rid of them. Hopefully, you won't have the same issue.

Hey guys just pulled the trigger on stage 4 for my '20. I was between the bilstein 6112 with 5160 in rear or an icon kit. Was able to get a great deal on stage 4 so couldn't pass it up. I only have about a 40 lb tonneau cover daily and would eventually like to get a lightweight rtt. I imagine I'll be just fine with the icon add a leaf, right? Also, I currently have sliders, steel transmission skid (full kit planned for the future), and plan on doing a slimline bumper eventually. Should I bump up to the 700 coils? I'm new to all of this so any information and insight is helpful. Thank you.

    Hey fellas,
Just installed my Stage 4 kit: 2018 TRD OR_Icon Stage 4, Billet UCA’s, CMC no trimming, CaliRaised 25’ BumpOut Sliders, Method TrailSeries 701’s w/Toyo Open Country 285/7017 Mille Bed Full Passenger side.
That bolt was a pain in the ass but once I bought a large pair of channel locks I could bend the steel out enough to clear the bolt. I put that pair of channel locks in the tool roll that lives in my truck.
I cranked the coils to 1.5” of threads. I’ll probably max it out to do the Valley of the Moon trail next weekend.

Nice truck Mike! I also purchased a stage 4 last week and have a set of 285's ready to mount as well. How are you liking it so far compared to the stock bilsteins? Did you go with the standard 650lb coils?

I'm digging it so far; it eats up bumps & isn't much more rough a freeway ride, but the true test is coming this weekend. I'm doing a trail called Valley of the Moon which is a lot of crawling over slab rocks, then dropping down to the desert floor to get in some pre-runner type, wide open action in. That should give me the true test.

Nice! Please let us know how the stage 4 performed afterwards. Did you change out the coils for 700lbs by chance or stay with the standard 650?

I can't imagine going with the 700's with my set-up. I've gone up to 1.75" of thread height and when I add my front bumper I don't imagine I'd need more than .3" more to get it where I want it. I have the front a bit lower so it sits level/low rear under power squat.

Well I got my first run in on the new Stage 4 kit/Method 704’s/Toyo Open Country...& it outshined my expectations. Had such a blast & went everywhere the Jeeps I was following went. I did remove my Sway bar & may keep it out, not sure yet.
Next trip will be more of a high speed test.
    Cheers!

Hey how much lift difference did you get out of the icon lift? Was it true to the height that was advertised?

Should an Icon stage 2 kit get me pretty close to 3" by itself or should I need to upgrade the rear at all to sit level supporting a hard shell canopy?
