As much as I like it, I can't bring myself to commit to BlueBallsRay

I'll sacrifice my BBR patch if it means giving this thing a proper name. 1x vote for BlueGhost

What's the company that insures against mayhem?
That might be appropriate given past history of snow pile jumping.
Maybe we could get Ray a sponsorship?

Everything seems to be fitting good. I still have to square everything up. The links are set at ride height but the shocks are fully extended. The shock mounts will be lower.

How do you know what ride height will be before it's sprung and weighted?

As of now my ride height is based off the tire size and the bottom of the frame. I took measurements from cooper stt pros 35" tires and set the bottom of my frame at 19.75 height. With those numbers I came up with heights from the ground up on the link location to give me my anti squat numbers. Then I set up my shock mount location based on the link set up and how much travel or moment the shocks are going to move forward, backward and side to side.

You will never know how the truck is going to sit with weight on the coilovers because of all the different things going into the bed. That's why I didn't go with weight. But the goal is to set up the shock mount so the truck will sit where it is at right now. I have a ball park shock mount location but I can always adjust that location. I'm going to make a mock up piece that can be adjustable on the new cage. So we will see. Take a shot then make adjustments.

Spring rate would be the dependent variable and you'd want your ride height to be somewhere similar to the front with the cab level and be able to cycle through roughly 50% of your travel up /down.

Had to do some more trimming after I cycled the rear. The coilover spring would of hit the side of the frame and the side of the trailing arm would of hit the outer corner of the cab. I’ll cycle everything tomorrow and hopefully I won’t have to trim more.
