I actually sold my softopper and my used OEM tri fold to put towards the Retrax Pro xr and the Yakima Overhaul HD rack, lol.
Was able to get in on the Retrax group buy for a decent discount, and I placed an order on etrailer for the Yakima bed rack
I almost went with UpTop Overland's Truss Bed Rack for Softoppers but I liked the aesthetic of the Yakima Overhaul HD better and felt like UTO's Truss bed rack would be too much rack for my needs.
I also missed being able to secure my bed storage and easily check my blind spots while merging and driving in higher traffic areas.

Long story short, my ass is still hurting, as this was a friggin' expensive solution for my needs but I couldn't be more excited to get my kayaks out of the garage and lock what I need to store in the bed
I'll post pictures of the Yakima setup with the cover when I get it installed. My order on etrailer is stuck in a pending status as they are waiting for their supplier to come through.

While these are all good points and I appreciate the reminder of them, I don’t believe either of you are trying to help. Y’all just getting me to spend more money! :D

EDIT: But exactly what one should expect from TacomaWorld. ;)

I have non-slip mat in the center on the dash for whatever I put on there. Such as sunglasses, wallet, etc. So they won't be sliding everywhere.

I was laughing at my ex because she likes my non-slip mat so she ordered one for her car, but the problem it is not sticky like mine.. Her stuff slide off.. hahhah.

Yes, the dashmat does cover the tweeters, but not the defroster vents (front or side). It would be a piece of cake to cut out for the tweeters if one felt it necessary.

Pulled the torsion bar off yesterday, put a drop in filter in. Taco drives like a Cadi and is breathin' all the clean air. Felt good to wrench again. It's been a long time.

It looks a little green here, but I'm supposing that's contrast and the cloud that passed overhead. This things folds perfectly and fits behind a rear seat. It also allows me to leave my dashcam up by the mirror.

Been married for almost 12 years. We never had a joint account, never shared an account and never questioned each other about money. Never had a money fight. It works.

Tested out some off road goodies today in advance of my trip on Sunday.

The good: both the EZ Deflator and VIAIR 88p work as intended.

The bad: the EZ Deflator’s gauge is off by about 15 PSI. Did 3 separate tires and reseated the deflator multiple times on one. Always about 15 PSI lower than what the TPM was reporting.

So...I ordered a Boulder Tools variant and also contacted ARB. I have to send ARB some photos and the invoice and they’ll hopefully send me a replacement. In the meantime, I’m hoping the Boulder Tools variant is a touch more precise!

Just added a 4x4 badge onto the tailgate of my Off-road. I also purchased a red TRD emblem. Any suggestions on where I should place that?

I don't have joint account either. When she saw me installing a mod on my truck.. she goes, "Where did you get it from?" Or "Where you got money from?" Something like that.

I feel she's using me for money. So she's out for good.
