I've had an annoying "clunk" on shock rebound when going over moderate bumps since putting new coilovers/AALs on. Went under to see if I could locate the source.

Found it...yeeeeaaaah I'm a dumba$$! I was interrupted during install/clean up but no excuses. Guess it better than not putting a fill/drain plug in but no less a bone head move.

The unleaded rates are cheaper than the Eastern Sierra! And this is 80 cents to a dollar less than "normal."

Same with us. That number has gone up a little over the years but for the most part, we know what the other is looking for well before the purchase is made so there aren't many surprises.

Every once in a while, though... like the Tacoma "she bought for me".

Haven't tested water proof, I did see water beading up so I assume water proof or as close as you get, they are machine washable, fit real snug, haven't experienced air getting underneath/flapping.

Real happy with them. Install was a pain in the ass especially the fronts, just no room under there.

I have made something similar to this, but very poorly out of plexi glass and have it on the same location. Is that not a bad idea in the long run due to less air to the radiator? I was literally about to pull the trigger on the 78" winch controller relocation kit to just wire it up into the engine bay somewhere.

Probably and might not help that I also have 2 light bars also behind the grill, but I'll keep an eye on it and see how it goes.

Didn’t realize that all the mounting hardware for the OEM cover was below the rails, below my softopper rails... so this is what I did to my Tacoma today so I could sell the cover.
That said I reinstalled the softopper in around 20min so if you’re in VB and need a hand...

Just out of curiosity, why did you use the redarc instead of a solar charge controller for a fraction of the price?

Installed a refrigerator behind the driver's seat.
    Thank you for the inspiration!

Kind of. It’s more for eye adjustment. At night, once your pupils dilate for your natural “night vision”, any white light quickly constrict and you loose that natural night vision. With red light, your eyes do not react the same with white light and you retain that pupil dilation and helps with our natural night vision.
