    2017 Tacoma TRD Off-Road DCSB (Quicksand)
    Hey,

    I'm a new Tacoma owner. I Bought a 2017 TRD OR in late June. I plan on using it for my daily driver as well as Overlanding. I'm not too mechanically inclined, but I want to use this truck to learn more about the intricacies of the mechanics and electrical components.
    So far, I've installed LED lights in the map, vanity, and dome lights, and I've removed the chrome rings on the climate control, ac vents, center console, gear shift, 4x4 selector, and start/stop. I want to do plenty more for the vehicle's function as well as aesthetics.

    I've ordered the gasshole from Runnin 4 Tacos and a Diamondback HD cover, but they are not yet installed.

    The previous owner installed OPT7 Redline Triple Tailgate LED bar (which I want to remove) and installed LEDs in the headlights. I believe these are the only aftermarket mods he has done.

    Welcome.

    There is so much information on this site that it takes weeks to know where to look and (from my perspective) months to gain a full perspective on some of the possibilities. Take lighting for example, literally hundreds of pages of highly useful information which has taken me several reads to begin to absorb. A great way to spend time when you have it to spend.

    Nice color choice too!
