Didn’t realize that all the mounting hardware for the OEM cover was below the rails, below my softopper rails... so this is what I did to my Tacoma today so I could sell the cover.
That said I reinstalled the softopper in around 20min so if you’re in VB and need a hand...

Just out of curiosity, why did you use the redarc instead of a solar charge controller for a fraction of the price?

Installed a refrigerator behind the driver's seat.

    Minor stuff.
Kind of. It’s more for eye adjustment. At night, once your pupils dilate for your natural “night vision”, any white light quickly constrict and you loose that natural night vision. With red light, your eyes do not react the same with white light and you retain that pupil dilation and helps with our natural night vision.

Nice. Are you finding that it can keep your camper battery fully charged while running a frig?

I ask that because our frig uses about 20 amp-hours from lat afternoon until mid morning. I’m running 320 watts of solar and they recharge in about 2 1/2 hours of sunlight

Put on the Tacos4Cheap Color Matching TRD Grille Badge and finally got the vanity plate I ordered back in early February.

I mostly went with it because I wanted an all in one dual battery setup which supported solar that wasn't super complex which landed me on OffGrid Engineering's website. One of my buddies walked me through a comparable setup without the Redarc. After evaluating the cost difference and then trying to figure out how/where I would mount everything, I decided I valued the clean design of OffGrid's kit.

I also ended up reaching out to both Redarc and OffGrid with questions about the setup I wanted to do and was very happy with their customer service. It is my first time with dual batteries and first time with solar power. Was it expensive... yes, but the parts seem pretty solid and as of right now I am happy with it.

We shall see how it does when I get to put it to the test, but at least the truck starts reliably now. My stock Toyota battery was having a rough time before I started with this whole setup.
