Nice. Are you finding that it can keep your camper battery fully charged while running a frig?

I ask that because our frig uses about 20 amp-hours from lat afternoon until mid morning. I’m running 320 watts of solar and they recharge in about 2 1/2 hours of sunlight

Put on the Tacos4Cheap Color Matching TRD Grille Badge and finally got the vanity plate I ordered back in early February.

I mostly went with it because I wanted an all in one dual battery setup which supported solar that wasn't super complex which landed me on OffGrid Engineering's website. One of my buddies walked me through a comparable setup without the Redarc. After evaluating the cost difference and then trying to figure out how/where I would mount everything, I decided I valued the clean design of OffGrid's kit.

I also ended up reaching out to both Redarc and OffGrid with questions about the setup I wanted to do and was very happy with their customer service. It is my first time with dual batteries and first time with solar power. Was it expensive... yes, but the parts seem pretty solid and as of right now I am happy with it.

We shall see how it does when I get to put it to the test, but at least the truck starts reliably now. My stock Toyota battery was having a rough time before I started with this whole setup.

The factory black and red TRD Sport 4x4 bedside decals have been wearing on me as I didn't like the contrast with the Cavalry Blue. So I changed it up and went with OEM silver and grey version used on the Voodo Blue (p/n 75996-04090-D0). Soooo much better.

Redarc is the world-wide standard when it comes to overlanding...I have model as well running a lithium 100 am-hr battery with solar

Add in that the Redarc in a dual battery setup acts as the automatic charging relay separating the batteries when the aux battery drops in voltage so you are not stranded in the woods. And no need to match the batteries so I didn’t need to buy a new chassis battery.

Yes it's very rare... It's hard to find a right woman who doesn't mind about how much money spent.

My ex gf from 90's doesn't care what I do with my money. I miss her.

We used to fight about money. we still have a joint account that the majority of our checks go in to. That is what all the bills and joint expenses get paid out of. A small bit of my base pay plus whatever overtime money I make goes in to my play money acct. same with my wife. She teaches a motorcycle class so that money plus a bit of her base pay is her play money. So her Jeep and hair appts comes out of her play money, my Taco, skydiving and guns comes out of my play money. No arguments and bills get paid.
