It just depends on so many factors. Where I am? It would probably be somewhere in the 380-420k range if I had to guess. Where we're moving, without a shop or land it would probably bump up to 300k.

this will be our first house we’re buying mind you , gunna be talking close with her sis and couple guys up here they been through the process quite a few times

 

In 2018 bought our 1200 sq ft, 3 bd, 1 bath home...$560k. Now it's worth over $600k.
