I’d almost trade my place for a nice little camp trailer and a bottle of Tito’s. And you can help drink it.

Use zillow instead, it's much better. Once you sign up with a realtor they'll enroll you in email blasts which fit your specified parameters. They'll have WAY more information attached because you'll be viewing the full MLS listings. Well reports, septic, property tax bills, etc...

My brother has one that’s more comfortable than a lot of full size mobile homes. It has a fold-out kitchen on the outside. And a bathtub and shower. It’s way too big for the Tacos to pull.

Some of them are really nice. And you're correct, a Taco shouldn't pull much more than a pop-up. They can do it, but they'll bitch about it.

California used to be affordable, now it's a joke.

It'll pull it fine but you aren't gonna like the shifting. That's exactly why I went to a 15ft boat.
Use ect and lockout 6th gear (s5) and you'll be fine. But it will shift. More than you want it to.

Yeah, that place is a joke!
The neighborhood I used to live in while i was in San Diego, I would barely be able to afford a house half the size without a yard for 2.5 times the price of the home I have in texas
