So I'm sort of bummed that @Twizted and I are selling off a lot of things, especially some of which are at stupid low prices. At the end of the day though I'm more happy to not be moving with things that I'm not even sure I want to keep our that I want to keep and aren't sure where they would go.

    Bye bye stuff

Also with covid going around we've been leaving all the cash on a counter to essentially decontaminate (since you don't know where any of these strangers have been) and it's kinda beginning to look like my dryer fiasco.

I don't think so but it'll be close to it. We've got a good friend joining along for this next haul because it'll include all our large items. Hot tub, bed, sectional, pool table... It'll be nice having another man to help and a second truck and trailer (I can only continue to break so many nails). Our outlier will be the shop. Odd shaped items that can't necessarily stack. We're also leaving our kitty with another friend here so he isn't quite as stressed so our plan is to come back to clean and grab whatever's left plus our kitty and then list the house and keep our fingers crossed.

We'll also be back in a few month's whenever our drifter order is ready :fingerscrossed:

Making up for not going into an office I guess.

I think I mis-spoke. I meant, will this be your final home that you purchase? Is it 'home for good'?

Oof. Hard call on that one. Hopefully it isn't cracked. You'd have to check around the case to try and pinpoint a spot.

Eh... that's hard to tell. I would have said that about our home we're selling but times change and a whole host of things along with that. This is a good intro to Montana home. I really had wanted to live in a heavily forested area with more acreage and this certainly isn't that but it also doesn't mean I'll be unhappy with our decision. It's at a price point that gives is the freedom we're looking for and won't be at a loss if we decide it isn't for us. It's a nice fixer upper which is what we were hoping for. Makes it easier to put our own touch on things when you don't have to feel like you're ripping out perfectly good stuff.

$600k here in the county I work in would get me TWO 6,000+ sq ft mansions on the 18th hole.

:pout: I thought we were getting better at this, Dave.
Awesome! I have a hotwheels car that my GoPro 4 snaps into, but I've never used it on a track.
