This color is growing on me. I pretty much hate it on the RAV4, but it looks good in the pictures they took.

that being said, best pro color was cement and cav blue. Army green is second, and that voodoo blue belongs on the Supra.

But if they keep quicksand and lunar rock you’re basically picking baby poop or “I ate too much iron” baby poop.

    Toyota must like poop

Give it a couple of years to see if it ends up being fine. Cool Hunters look for what is going to be in down the road, not what is in at this moment, but that doesn’t mean they’re always right. I like bolder colors myself, and this one is “meh” to me, but at least Toyota is cycling through the color schedules. Color and looks aren’t the #1 things in my book, but shades of black, white, and silver are so boring. (I’m looking at you, Super Boring Ridgeline that I almost bought.)

Lunar Rock is a color that must be seen in person. I don't hate it but was hoping Quicksand would make the final cut for the 2021 Pro☹️

TRD Pro colors don't even mean anything anymore. Give it a year or two and that color will be on the base models as well.

Can you point out a Pro color that wasn't moved to the other trims the following year?

Would not buy it. I like the name someone came up with - Lima Bean green.... except maybe - Light Lima Bean Green.

Red-Orange Inferno lol only because the Taco TRD PRO that year ended with the 2nd gen and 3rd gen never got a TRD PRO version so I guess you can say it didn't end up to the other 2nd gen trims LOL

In the seven years since I bought my spruce mica I'd have to say it's very very rare that I ever see one. Inferno's are pretty uncommon to see also. We can only hope we don't see too many of these lima bean colored montrosities for other obvious reasons.

Quicksand is common to see in the OR but I never see PROs where I'm at. It would be cool to see that one come out again.

Where's the SEMA Green from the FJ about a decade ago?? Hard to believe no manufacturer can figure out a quality satin or matte finish yet.

I don't think it's about quality, Mercedes offered some satin/matte colors on the AMG GT R (that looked amazing!) for several years (maybe they still do). I think it's more about the inherent durability of gloss paint (or lack thereof for durability of matte).

It'll be a nice change. I see 10000 cements and quicksands where I live.
