    That's why a guy gave me his boat, can't park anything outside the garage overnight, trash must remain hidden, blah blah blah. I think HOAs start with a good, basic idea, then folks get cray cray.
    Another one...
    A guy I know built a small shop behind his house (very tastefully done) but it had to match his house exactly (same siding, same shutters)...he had to tear all that shit off and start over.
