    Okay, nothing particularly special about it, apart from the fact that I did it all myself.

    Cut planks
    Sealed end grain
    Stacked and stickered in my shop for 3 years.
    Ran through surface planer.
    Cut to width on table saw.
    Tongue and groove, likewise done on table saw.
    Chamfered the edges.
    Sanding sealer. Sanded.
    Installed.
    Spar Varnish, two coats.
