    Crazy!! I heard we had one just like that this week. Came in high as fuck and belligerent. When they started to admit him he left AMA. Came back a few hours later and OD'd in an ED bathroom. Got him admitted to a room where they found two loaded syringes in his belongings. His prize is being babysat by our security guys. Bonus gift is PD will be waiting for him to be discharged to give him his silver bracelets for assaulting a nurse.

    Can't we just let these fuckwits take care of themselves and withhold Narcan? :frusty:
