Nick Bare amuses me. “All naturallllllll” I get he owns his supplement company and needs to keep up appearances but I just can’t believe how dumb the general public is.

I follow him. He’s 6’1” 180 and trying to BQ. I personally don’t think his stats are so outlandish its an automatic using.

The guy says he doesn’t, I believe him.

I don’t know how realistic it is for a guy his size to DL 700lbs or get to his size he did in the amount of time he did. So I could be ignorant there.

To me the guy Welder just posted... fucking using and has been for awhile. Nick Bare... I think his shit is doable natural if you make your goals your life. Which he does have the mentality for it.

People accuse him of it quite a bit. Call me foolish, I believe the guy when he says he doesn’t.

I’m interested in what others think too I hope I don’t hold a liar as a role model.

I glanced through his insta. Losing 40 lbs at ranger school in 6 mos is def possible, although on the high end. He also has access to whatever he wants supp wise, so we don’t know what his diet actually is. And Doucette sounds like a bitch, possibly more annoying than Gilbert Gottfried

@rngr and all the other TN residents. In a couple weeks I’m going to nashville. Post-covid I like to go into liquor stores and grab like a pick a six of local brews.

What micros are a must to pick up?

Did some sets of heavier singles on squat today. Back is still fucked up but I'm dealing with it. It's funny cause I can squat easy, but bench, overhead press, or anything that requires my back to bend/arch hurts like a bitch. Can't even stand for more than a few minutes without my lower back killing me
