@bobsuruncle I feel like you. Alone at a random bar drinking by myself

O and @hx989 I ordered an hptuner that'll be here Monday. Once I get my tune done (hopefully next week) your free to borrow it for a week or two. I don't know how the credits and stuff work though (like tied to that specific module or the ECU)

You'll never notice if it's crooked if you only take pictures of it flexing out. It's like the Myspace angle with chicks.

Shit I need to get on that hpt action. Im curious if they could tune in the S mode logic.

And I need some cam gears. I have a feeling PLA printed gears aren't gonna hold. :anonymous:

Flexing while at an angle and not straight on so it looks like massive flex

Well once I know how it all works if I can I do t mind the unit being whored around the TW people. I'd rather it get used than just sit. Just not sure how the credits work exactly with tiring to a specific car

Don't mind the spelling mistakes...there's a reason I don't respond often via phone lol.

Yeah I'd need to get ahold of @JustDSM to see if it's even possible or just a wet dream. @White lightning boosted offered up his hpt for use, but he might be living in your neck of the woods soon. Either way, I've got some time before I can throw money at truck mods again. I just got my rear diff reworked which was unexpected and ate up more than 4 credits worth of tuning.

I need to do the trans flush. Pretty sure the torque converter has been shuddering for like a year now

I've done the pan drain and screen/filter inspection then refill method. Gearcruncher the resident TW transmission brainiac suggests not to flush as it washes out the clutches and can do more damage than good. There's a few methods people use, one being the drain and refill a few times over a few weeks, another is the pull the return hose on the trans cooler at the core support and collect 3-4qts at a time in a container and refill with new atf. That method uses the transmission pump itself but requires you to manual add the new fluid which can also be done at the same location on the return line to the trans. He also suggests adding a bottle of platinum lube guard additive which helps to eliminate most of the shudder and shift issues people see in these autos.

If your fluid is any other color than red it's definitely time for service.

I'll probably do mine this week or weekend so if it doesn't go horribly wrong we can do yours sometime after?

Just order the fluid early. I found it cheapest on eBay for a case of 12 and have a like 10 back of crush washers lol

I went with the Toyota stuff just cause of what I read online with it being weird and specifications and stuff. Plus I found it for cheaper than. Anything else by buying a case online.

Ask the wife...I just do shit and figure it out on my own lol.

And knowing two guys who worked the wall Mart lube center I'll stay as far from them as possible. Not them personally but some of the techs and stories were unbelievable
