    Mine was 4, when I had abscessed tooth out camping. Parents took me to a emergency dentist and got tossed in a chair, knee in my chest, pliers in my mouth and yank. I fear any and all dentists.
    Oral surgeons I like, they got good drugs.

    I had some issues with a lack of enamel on my teeth. First experience was in the hospital to have 20 cavities filled at once. Put me to sleep for that one. Until I got into my teens I had to go back to his office for fillings a couple times of year.
