very few vehicles regardless of type are ' SYMETRICAL '.................... even side to side or corner to corner
or an oft quated goal for optimum handling 50/50 front to back 9 very reason vettes moved trans to rear)

another consideration is a majority are manufactured for sale in countries right hand drive
some components are moved........many are not

brand new showroom stock moving the battery /spare tyre to the side opposite of driver Does NOT off yet
stern wheel brake pedals & ALL the other ancillary devices biased towards the driver

then No Less the driver plunks his overweight 200lb+ azz into the drivers seat
car/driver used to weigh on plate scales each corner
only a hand full of cars EVER weighed same ALL corners
very few same weight same axle

& the the driver plunks his azz into the drivers seat .......................

many manufacturers make allowances for the fact gravity Does NOT sleep
they compensate for ALL but the driver
no less the realize that the percentile of passengers etc truly wont off set the obvious
    vehicles are LOP-SIDED !!!!

if U were to take the time & spec front left/right spring rates
on many vehicles U would find they are NOT the same

no less the aftermarket Hi Lift front coil overs.......springs....... struts are NOT marked ' Left / Right " !!!!!
so they Are NOT compensated as some ( Not ALL ) from the factory an attempt is made

Motortrend / Car Driver also featured skid pad testing to High Light ' Handling ' especially sports cars
200 foot skid pad ........level.......... not wet
    usually factory delivered tyres

cars ALWAYS Circulated in one direction ......... Better than the other !!!!!!!!!
simple fact cars are Lop-Sided !!
more weight 1 side better than the other !!!!

cant fight physics with only Unsubstantiated opinion

real world most vehicles take a ' Set ' after so many thousand o miles
frost heaves........concret strips by the thousand.......... a few pot hole thrown in
true front end specialists wont bother until the first set o tyres are replaced

    otherwise an excercise in futility

    give it a shot

    good luck

Is the bed square with the cab? It might be an optical illusion, but, in that image, it looks like the cab is level and the bed is twisted.

Did you measure with full and empty tank?
Headstrong sell 1/4 spacer + ~1 hour of diy+alignment. You may as well lift the truck ..there is no spacer for the back

If the bed is not square to the cab, there is something definitely wrong. My taco is nothing like your picture. While I am certain mine has the lean, it visually looks level.

I would measure down the frame to make sure both sides of the frame are consistent withtwith other side. Also I would check where the bed mounts to the frame, is something worn or damaged (warped) on the bed making it sit funny.

Are you the original owner? Has the truck ever been in an accident, or had work done on it?

If you measure height with a tape measure, at the rear wheel wells, how much of a difference in height is there?

It was used but the report showed no accidents. The dealership said everything was up to spec when I asked them about it a week after getting it.

I have not noticed a lean on mine. I wonder if you can swap leaf springs side to side.

Nope, leaf springs are side specific. Driver's side has the weight of the driver and the entire fuel tank so its almost impossible to get them to say unifornly

The vehicle reports don't mean much. Got t-boned in the back of my 2014 taco by a vehicle turning onto the road. Police responded and took a report, other guys insurance paid out to fix everything. Traded it it a year a year and a half later for my 2017 taco. I'm friends with the finance guy at the dealership and he knew I had been hit. We laughed when he showed me that the vehicle report was clean.

Measured and the back right is about 1.5" higher than the left side. Front sides are even.

My 1st Gen was in a serious accident with major frame damage, CarFax showed it as clean.

That sounds about normal. I think my right front and right back were about 0.5-1” taller when I measured them pre-lift in the garage. My eye could not see the difference. I measured from the center of the hub to the fender flare.

So, I think I'm going to take it to a suspension shop and see if I can't get something diagnosed. I appreciate the feedback. Really hoping it's not wrecked but it runs great and I have had it 12k miles at this point.

I just measured mine from the ground to back of the wheel well on the bed. My difference is less than 0.25".

Very curious what the suspension shop is going to say
