These are the KB voodoo high rise bars. They dont make brackets for the sides of these, but i plan to build some, so that i can mount gear on the sides. Maybe a custom molle mount?

I definitely lost head room for sure. Gonna measure tomorrow and see if the black ice fridge/freezer will slide out. But I am happy with it cause I can store so much cooking gear in it.
Well I didn’t call them or research the weight load with rtt. My big azz sleep in a hotel.

I guess I gotta see them on the 25th. My budget is spoken for again, but I didn't know you could do that!

These are reasonably priced. This was my idea of wanting this exact rack, so that i had the ability to keep my stuff dry as well as still open up the tonneau completely with the rack in place.

Discount tire got a set of Grabber X3s and KM3s in today for me. Gonna go tomorrow afternoon to see the tires in person and make a decision on which ones to keep, but right now just based on price I'm leaning towards the Grabbers (I'm hoping to be able to haggled the price down in person tomorrow).

Also going to start planning on some landscaping ideas for my back yard. Want to do half as Bermuda, and half as some kind of low maintenance xeriscape with a patio area and a couple raised garden beds. My backyard is almost a perfect square and flat, roughly 80'x85'.

Already had one landscaping company come out to take a look and who will start making some drawings for me over the next several weeks, but I will take any suggestions on interesting ideas (but nothing expensive, most of my money is going into my truck now :D).

Hey all, just curious if anyone is heading out to the big cruise tomorrow morning for Vanessa Guillen? I hear it starts at 10AM from Paul Taylor Field House on Culebra to Cafe Azteca near Roosevelt and Southcross.

Ya'll be safe out there, its going to be a hot day tomorrow and Sunday.

Speaking of, anyone gonna risk the heat and be at Hidden Falls on on Sunday? Forecast is 106 with a heat index over 110. I may try to get out there early Sunday morning and head home in the afternoon once the temp gets close to 100. Really wanting to try my new suspension and tires, and if I don't go this weekend I won't be able to go for another two weeks as ill be on call for work starting next weekend.

I've read good and bad reviews for both, but most of the discussions I can find are usually summed up as "I picked the BFG because they are a more well known brand".

I'll see how I feel about them side by side. I dont drive a lot, so don't care about tread life and want to see which one has a softer tread. I also want to see how they weigh and their real life diameter size. (How close to 33" they actually are).

I would actually like to get Pategonias after seeing how they perform from Litebright and Matt's offroad recovery, and seeing them in person on Chris's truck when he did my suspension install, but Pategonias don't come in a 33x10.5r15, and I don't want to deal with having to cut or smash anything with a hammer to get them to fit without rubbing if i were to go with a 33x12.5r15. Maybe later down the road, but for now I want to stick to skinnier tires.

But the videos around this would be priceless....:D

Umm @MattCowsmasher has his for sale, could save some money...

If you work with discount tire here on the forum you can save some more money...

Looking forward to the updates and pics along the way.

I saw they were making cruise, can't make it myself but will watch for the updates and report coming from it.
