That’s what I’ve seen. Working security at a bar and had to throw out a Marine, Air Force and Navy personnel started giving me grief. Luckily I had Seals and Rangers on staff with me.

No sir. I’m gonna do something though. Got a friend that owns Tuffy’S air conditioning and heating. He is gonna come by next week and give me some options to look at.

Contaminates is your worst enemy when welding weither it be paint or such. I deal with rust mostly in my shop but can be buffed off for welding. Metal prep is the right thing to do. At work it’s very tuff when doing repairs in the mill. Most everything is contaminated with zinc, lead and bad azz chemicals. We wear respirators in there. See some weird colors when welding.

 

Someone told me not to bother, they break down a bunch

 

They have some good stuff. I don’t buy much from them though. Most of there equipment is made in China. What ya looking for?

Ahh ok, looks nice.

 

It’s a little more money but well worth the investment. I fought them cheap ones for years and after getting the JD model 4 was a game changer and so much easier

 

I was glancing at the model 32 one, I have been told about these before but could not remember the brand.

Hey Maner got any recommendations on a bead roller for sheet metal?

I still have some stainless steel sheets left that need to become something cool that I can't mess up with clear coat!

 

There are several nice bead rollers on the market at a great price. I send ya some links this evening.
